Are you in the area? If so, why not make your next party a Patch Planting Party! You and your friends can learn to plant, grow and harvest your own food as a fun celebratory activity. A Patch ambassador will be at your party to provide you with everything you need to learn about growing your own food. Each guest will be provided with their own Patch, ready for growing, planting, and harvesting!
Planting Parties are a one-hour hands-on activity, great for creating memorable and unique celebrations, shindigs and affairs. These parties can be tailored for all ages.
Planting Parties in the Lab
Our Patch Lab is a great space to have a planting party -- this is where all the magic happens! Our headquarters are in the heart of Gastown, making it convenient and easy for you and your guests to come down to the Lab for a Planting Party. Come and see where Patches are tested and assembled, plant your own, and start growing your own food.
These easy and stylish parties are hosted in our office Lab space, a contemporary approach to the traditional science/growlab. We’re stylish, design-y and love our exposed brick and stainless countertops. We make home gardening an urban adventure. We also have a great view of the North Shore mountains...Who wouldn’t want to learn to grow food in such a space?!
Lab parties are $49.95 per person, which includes a fully planted Patch ready to harvest for each guest. Your guests will be registered into our Patch Growers Program, free of charge, where we help keep tabs on how you’re growing and provide you with helpful tips and tricks.
Host your next girls’ night out, birthday, event or celebration at our place… we’ve got what you need to make the most of your celebration.
*The Lab is able to provide your party with catering for an additional cost. Please inquire for details and pricing. The Lab is equipped with a full kitchen.*
